Do you want to learn the safety and rescue essentials for a sheltered water paddling environment in a range of paddle sport craft?
We run a fun and friendly British Canoeing foundation safety and rescue training course from our Shrewsbury centre, we can provide all of the equipment you will need for no extra cost although we reccomend that if you have any paddling equipment that you use then bring it along as its always better to learn using your own equipment.
The FSRT provides you with a good base line of knowledge for safety and rescue principles on sheltered water, this enables you to go out paddling with the piece of mind that you can rescue those you paddle with and they they can rescue you.
The course runs from 9am until 5:30pm

If river conditions onsite are not suitable then we include all transportation costs to a nearby suitable venue.
